As of 2019 Black students are projected to be 50% proficient in Math by 2040  - that’s still a “F.”  Latin X students are projected to be 50 % proficient in Math by 2030 -that’s still a “F”.  (This data is based on the CAASPP 2015-2019 Math scores)
